What is Compass?

The Compass Parent Portal and App serves a number of purposes – it’s one of the ways we keep in touch with our parents and will enable you to access information online about your child/ren – anytime, anywhere, from any modern web-enabled device. It streamlines many school operations such as attendance, reporting and communication.

Using the Parent Portal, you will be able to:

  • Learn how to Log-in to the Parent Portal
  • Enter explanations for whole day absences
  • View information on your child/ren’s attendance
  • Receive school communications

We will keep you posted as more functionality becomes available over time.

Compass Kiosk

In conjunction with the Parent Portal, we have a Compass Kiosk located in our Admin Office.  This is where you will sign your Child/ren in or out for partial absences.

All children arriving late or leaving early should be accompanied/picked up by a parent at the office where you can access the Compass Kiosk to sign them in or out accordingly.

Accessing Compass

Compass is a web-based system that is accessible on any modern web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) or by using the Compass iOS or Android apps.

To access the parent portal, please navigate to the home-page click on the Compass Login. Alternatively, you can go to where you can search for our school’s direct URL.

To log in you will require your unique family username and password which was emailed to all parents at the start of the year. Your login details should be kept secure. Upon first login, you will be required to change your password and confirm your email address and mobile phone number. These details may be used by our school for SMS, password recovery and email communication throughout the year.
