Canteen Ordering – Lunch Box Hub

Due to the closure of the canteen last year, we have a new catering service providing lunch for students called LUNCH BOX HUB. food is made fresh daily in West Perth. School traffic light system approved. Provides the use of sustainable packaging where possible. Uses food-grade transport Go Boxes. Lunch Box Hub offers a wide range of nutritious hot food and cold food. Menu items can be found in the Categories.

Lunch orders can be placed for service on Wednesdays and Thursdays. only.

Please note lunches must be ordered by 8:30am. Unfortunately, we cannot order lunches for students through our administration.

How Do I Set Up My Account?

Click Here to create an account. Once created and logged in, go to the Students section of your account and set up the students that you will be ordering for.

How Do I Place A School Lunch Order?

You must first be registered. Once you have logged in with your account details, click on the Start New Order link from the menu.

Once you are ready, proceed to the checkout where you can pay for the order using pre-loaded credit or your credit card.

How Do I Pay?

During checkout you will have the option to process your order via credit card or you can add credit to your account and process orders by drawing down on your credit.

How Do I Add Credit To My Account?

You can add credit to your account by adding a new Credit Order from Your Account, and then proceeding to the checkout to pay. Please note when adding credit you must first process the top-up transaction and then place a separate order for your child’s lunch. You can process a credit order and lunch order at the same time. Late Orders?

Cut-off time to place a lunch order is 8:30am for same-day delivery Monday to Thursday. Due to the high volume of orders on Fridays, the cut-off time is now 7am Friday for same-day delivery. Late orders will not be accepted after 9am Monday to Thursday. Due to the volume of orders, we do not accept any late orders on Fridays via phone, text, or email.

Missing & Incorrect Orders

We understand lunches can go missing or wrongly distributed; however, we need to be notified as soon as possible in order to adequately investigate the claim. Please let us know within 48hrs if an order was not received or an incorrect item was received. We cannot guarantee any claims made after this time can be refunded.
